Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming a reservation at Mersea Baga Beach Resort. By making a booking through our official website www.merseabagabeachresort.com, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time is 01:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel discretion.

Payments & Taxes

GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government directives. 100% advance payment for accommodation is required at the time of check-in. All payments made at the reception are non-refundable, subject to valid reasons and availability.

Guest Identification

It is mandatory for all guests and their visitors to submit valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Accommodation Policy

Accommodation will be provided only to guests whose details are registered at the hotel reception. Visitors are not permitted inside guest cottages under any circumstances.

Keys & Reception Policy

Cottage keys will be issued only after arrival and completion of the registration process at the hotel reception. In case of loss, a charge of Rs. 1000/- per key per cottage will be applicable. Check-in and key collection will strictly take place at the hotel reception only.

Conduct & Safety

Gambling, prostitution, drugs, contraband goods, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the resort premises. Carrying flammable materials, explosives, firearms, hazardous substances, or prohibited goods is not allowed.

Smoking, Food & Alcohol

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.

Pet Policy

Mersea Baga Beach Resort is a pet-friendly resort. Entry of pets is allowed with applicable charges and subject to management approval.

Liability & Damages

Guests are solely responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused due to their negligence or violation of resort rules. The management shall not be responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings. Any damage to resort property will be charged in full as assessed by the management.

Management Rights

The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the cottage or resort premises immediately without prior notice or explanation. In case of non-compliance, the management may remove the guest’s belongings from the premises.

Legal Compliance

Guests are required to observe and comply with all applicable laws, acts, and government regulations in force from time to time.

Policy Updates

The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Parking

Free parking facilities are available for two-wheelers. Paid parking for four-wheelers is available at a distance of approximately 100 to 150 meters from the resort.
